Baotu Spring is one of the three scenic spots in Jinan. It is located in Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is adjacent to Quancheng Square in the East and Wulongtan in the north. It covers an area of 158 mu, ranking the top of the 72 Famous Springs in Jinan.

During the southern tour of Emperor Qianlong, Baotu Spring was canonized as "the first spring in the world" because of the mellow and sweet taste of tea made by Baotu Spring. It is also the first famous spring in Jinan found in ancient literature.
